You retain ownership of your business and customer data. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited right to process and store this data to operate and maintain the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or profits resulting from system downtime, unauthorized access, or other technical issues beyond our control.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or misuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Free Trial Information

• A trial plan may be offered to allow users to explore features before purchasing.
• The trial is free for a limited duration (14 days) and includes access to basic or demo features.
• No payment information is charged during the trial unless explicitly stated.
• Once the trial expires, users must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
• No refund is applicable on any payment made after converting from a trial to a paid subscription.
