Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My UniClean, we strive to ensure transparency and satisfaction for all users of our Laundry Management Software (“Service”). This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when and how users can request cancellations or refunds for subscription purchases.

1. Subscription and Payment

  • All payments for subscriptions or service plans are final and must be made in advance through the available payment methods.
  • Once your payment is successfully processed, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days along with a payment confirmation message.
  • The subscription or license period will begin one working day after successful payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy & Service Discontinuation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
  • Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our support team at [support email].
  • Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will automatically expire.
  • There will be no mid-term cancellation or refund — if you choose not to use the software, it remains your choice.
  • No additional charges will be made once your cancellation is confirmed.
  • We currently offer only yearly subscription plans.
  • Once purchased, the plan remains valid for 12 months from the activation date.
  • No refunds will be provided once payment is made — regardless of how long you use the software.
  • If the software or service is planned to be discontinued or shut down, all active users will be notified at least 3 months in advance.
  • In case of non-usage, our team will reach out for assistance, but the plan will remain active for the purchased duration.
  • After the 1-year period, you can choose to renew your plan.
  • Refunds are not applicable for unused or partially used subscriptions.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or duration left in the subscription period.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you cancel the subscription after payment is completed.
  • If you have subscribed to a yearly plan and request a refund after using the service for several months (e.g., 11 months).
  • If your account is terminated due to policy or Terms & Conditions violations.
  • Once payment is made, no refund or partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Billing Errors or Duplicate Payments

  • In the rare event of a duplicate charge or billing error, please contact [support email] within 7 days of the transaction with details (transaction ID, date, invoice, and a short description of the issue).
  • After verification, any valid excess payment will be adjusted or refunded within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Note: Subscription or setup fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or non-usage of the Service after activation.
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations.
  • Partial usage of a subscription term.
  • Custom feature development, if any.
